This is a calm, no-pressure space for you to talk about where you are right now.

You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need to to know exactly what you want. We will simply explore:

  • What you're going through
  • What feels most difficult right now
  • Whether working together feels like the right support for you.

If it feels aligned, We'll guide you through the options available. If not, you'll still leave with a little more clarity than you came with.

 

90-minute deep dive session

The first session is 90 minutes so you have space to tell your story once only, to pause and gain clarity. We gently untangle what's going on beneath the surface and begin to create a clearer path ahead. 

For ongoing support as you move through a period of change or healing you decide if you prefer 90-minute or 60-minute sessions after this first session. These are available as a 3-hour support package  or 1-hour support package.

This is for you when:

  • You are navigating an emotional transition, a breakup or separation.
  • You want consistent support or if you want a one-off conversation.
  • You're ready to being moving forward but don't want to do it alone.
